Report an error
If you believe an article contains a factual error, email corrections@themenaledger.com. Please include the article URL, the statement you believe is incorrect and any supporting source material.
How we handle corrections
We review correction requests against available evidence and contact relevant sources when necessary. Material factual errors are corrected promptly.
When a correction materially changes the meaning or understanding of an article, we add a visible correction note explaining what changed and when. Minor spelling, grammar or formatting changes that do not alter meaning may be corrected without a note.
Updates and clarifications
Articles may receive an update note when significant new information is added after publication. A clarification may be used when the original wording was accurate but could reasonably be misunderstood.
Requests intended to suppress accurate reporting, alter independent editorial judgment or remove relevant public-interest information will not be treated as corrections.
